No — and that's the point. Chinese Glance is for vocabulary and reading exposure in small daily doses. It pairs well with a class, a tutor or a textbook, and it's enough on its own to build a real working vocabulary for travel and conversation.

Yes. Vocabulary, flashcards, review scheduling, audio, readings and widgets all work with no connection. Only the App Store needs internet, for subscriptions.
Nothing. There are no accounts, no analytics and no server. Your progress lives on your phone, and you can export or erase it any time from Settings.
Lock your phone, touch and hold the Lock Screen, tap Customize → Lock Screen, tap the area under the clock, and choose Chinese Glance. The app also walks you through it on first launch.
